New items for Farmers Market :)

Loyd!!! He has put up with alot these

past few days. I wasn't a happy camper

this weekend. We did really well tho :)

This is one of the new cake domes that Heather

got me for my birthday, but she gave them

to me now so i can use them! They are

way cool!! Thanks Heather :)

This is me showing off my new apron that

Kathy sent me. They are way cool. Loyd even

wore one!! We sure got alot of compliments on

them today!!! Thanks Kathy :)

Kaleigh has become our birthday cake

ice cream!! Ron was out of town at
a training session so he was missed
today, by some of us :) lol

My husband brought my this beautiful dozen

of red roses today!! I was surprised!! He finally

booked our flight to Savannah, GA. We will be leaving

Sept. 26 and returning Oct. 1st! We are

excited!! We have never done something like

this, so we are truly looking forward to this!

Why Savannah your probably asking - those of you

that know me probably already know why--YUP to

go to Paula Deen's "Lady and Sons" Restaurant. I

am so excited, of coarse we will do alot of sight seeing

there, it is suppose to be really pretty. Alot to see

they say! So we will be counting down the days.

Yum! Is on its way....lol

These are my rice krispy treats made in the shape of

stars with 4th of July sprinkles on them!!

They're even on a stick. These brought alot

of compliments as well :)

These are the cookies I sold: Choc. chip, sugar
cookies and 'Two Sisters Oatmeal Cookies".
Which is the one I wanted to name for Donna.
I combined our two recipes together and called
them 'two sisters Oatmeal Cookies'.
Thanks for all your support through this time.
Ron, Heather, Kaleigh and of coarse Lauren and
Miley all came down to support me as well.
Thanks guys it means alot to have family backing
you up!! Thanks to all my family!! Love ya :)
Overall I am happy with the outcome. It will take
awhile to know what sells and find out what people like!
I had fun with it, and will have more fun each week.
Next week I will get more sleep!! :)

The beginning of the Farmers Market!

Our first day at the Farmers Market!! Loyd just got off

work, he worked third shift, and I was up until 4 a.m. baking.

We are looking pretty good here, considering!!!

Here we have Puppy Chow, made by Kaleigh, my

cinnamon rolls, and Cake Balls !

This is how I displayed my cookies, I sold them individually,
then the other two cake domes were different types
of Scones!!
I did get alot of compliments on my stuff looking so
clean and fresh!! :) I wanted to say "hell yeah, I was
baking until 4 a.m. they don't come much fresher
than that!!! But I didn't :)
