Christmas is coming

I know these pictures are dark, but thought it would

give you an idea what it looks like! This is the

side angle of the fence and window trying to show

the icicle lights. They are different, these pictures

don't do justice.

This is the cane we have up by the road.

Everyone in the neighborhood has one.
This is Santa proudly showing off his three
trees!! He should be proud as I had to
re-string them this year, and that was NOT
a good thing!!! :)

Here I was trying to show you snowflakes that I
have hanging in the window, but of coarse it didn't
turn out, I just love them. I will have to try and take
a picture at night and see if they turn out. They don't
light up, but I just love them!

This is dark too, but if you look close

you will see trees on each side of the hutch!
This is in the dining room also, it is a string
instrument to play and bells for Lauren and
Miley to play!!
Now you can see the trees, see they really were
there!! :)

Beginning to look like Christmas

It's finally starting to look a little like

Christmas around here!
It is time consuming to get this
stuff done. Thats my story anyway
and I am sticking to it...

house doesn't have the best lighting system !!

A lazy day at home!

Ok, there is a story behind this! I have always

wanted a mixer like this, but a updated one.

Loyd got this for me at a auction about 5 years

ago. I thought to myself, well, I will try this and

see how often I use it to see if it is worth buying a new

one!! Well I am going to use it today for the first

time!!! lol Note the levels on top to change the

speeds, and the lever down by the bowls to

move them as you beat... :) They have

come along way!!

I am thinking this is one of the originals, I looked for

a date on it to see when it was made, but could not

find anything. It still works great tho. We'll see

what my cookies turn out like, I'm making some

melting moments cookies--mmmmmm

I am thinking I seen June Cleaver use this

same one on Leave It To Beaver!! :)

Then there is Kubbee, the spoiled rotten dog, all

he seems to do anymore is lay around and wait

for some excitement!! Which doesn't happen

around here too often!!
